Your mission as a Martech Engineer will be, together with the rest of your team, to manage technological data collection solutions across all of the companies' digital channels to guarantee the availability and quality of the collected information, with the aim of data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and evolve customized technological solutions for data collection and integration across all digital channels, guaranteeing a coherent MarTech ecosystem that is ready to scale.
  • Configure and implement digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,..) within a robust measurement framework.
  • Implement and maintain MarTech tools through Tag management tools (Tag Manager), CDP, or other technologies in the stack.
  • Continuously train yourself in the technologies, frameworks, and digital disciplines of the sector, including privacy and new MarTech trends.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Marketing, Product, Data, and IT teams, helping them get the most out of their tools and evolve their digital capabilities.

Ideally, you have

  • Technical training (Degree or Licentiate in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or CFGS in computing or similar)
  • Experience in digital scope projects.
  • Customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Javascript, jQuery, and HTML.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

Additionally, we will positively value if

  • You have experience or notions in any Digital Marketing tool (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
  • You have experience in web development (preferably Front-End)
  • You have experience in app development and/or are familiar with development Frameworks for hybrid apps.
  • You have experience in tag management platforms, such as Google Tag Manager and/or consent management (One Trust or similar)
  • Experience in DMP and CDP is highly valued (Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce, Tealium Audience Stream...).
