Functions:
Job mission: to be the first person in the hotel to receive guests and accompany them to the reception. To provide support to the reception team in customer service tasks.
- Provide support and collaborate in all those tasks inherent to the reception: customer service, check in, check out, relationship with the different departments of the hotel…
- Perform the accompaniment of hotel guests properly and in a timely manner. Welcome guests when they arrive, as well as accompany them to their rooms and convey the necessary instructions. Also accompany the guest when they leave the hotel for their total satisfaction.
- Perform the control, storage, and transport of guests' luggage.
- Execute customer service tasks in the requested services (transportation, reservations, maps, tourist information, etc.)
- Collaborate in maintaining order and cleanliness in the reception and concierge areas.
- Park guests' vehicles, at their request, as well as their surveillance and custody.
- Provide support to Room Service, as well as to the rest of the establishment's workers when necessary.
