A prestigious company in the hospitality and tourism sector, located in Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team as a bellboy. This position is essential to ensure that every guest receives exceptional treatment from the moment they arrive at the establishment until their departure.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, becoming a key piece in offering an unforgettable stay. Among the activities you will carry out are assisting with reception and concierge duties, managing guest luggage transport and storage, running errands inside and outside the hotel, maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas, and monitoring the facilities to ensure safety and proper operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and parking guest vehicles when requested, ensuring their security and care.

The responsibilities you will take on in this position include:

-Assisting with the duties of reception, concierge, and facility surveillance.

-Managing the control, transport, and storage of guest luggage in designated areas or at the hotel entrance.

-Carrying out errands and tasks both inside and outside the establishment, always with professionalism and attention to detail.

-Helping maintain order and cleanliness in the reception and concierge areas.

-Monitoring facilities, equipment, and materials, reporting any incidents to the appropriate department.

-Controlling the entry and exit of objects, merchandise, suppliers, and staff.

-Driving and parking guest vehicles, ensuring their surveillance and custody.

-Providing support in any other guest service-related task that contributes to improving their experience at the hotel.

To successfully perform this position, the selected candidate must have:

-An intermediate level of English to communicate with people of different nationalities.

-A valid B-class driving license and access to your own vehicle.

-A valid disability certificate.

-Communication and customer service skills.

-The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to rotating shifts.

-A positive attitude, proactivity, and commitment to excellence in service.

-Availability to work in person in Adeje.
