We are looking to stably incorporate into our Cyber projects Unit a Security Service Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience in a SOC / MSSP environment, including at least 2 years in service delivery, team leadership, or customer service management.
Hybrid working model (3 days remote, 2 days in-person Madrid or Barcelona city)
Take charge of the daily delivery of SOC services for an assigned client portfolio, ensuring that contractual SLAs and KPIs are systematically met
Act as the main escalation point and trusted contact person for client stakeholders, from technical managers to CISOs
Lead periodic service review meetings (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) with clients, presenting incident trends, SLA compliance, and improvement plans.
Manage client expectations proactively, translating technical details into clear and business-relevant language, aimed at non-technical stakeholders.
