The role

We are looking for an AWS & Infrastructure Engineer profile to join the work team in a highly regulated environment within the pharma/diagnostics sector. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, automation, and performance of our Cloud and hybrid infrastructures, actively participating in both cloud architecture and OnPremise OnSite network projects.

What you'll do

Cloud & OnPremise Administration: Maintenance and management of AWS platforms and OnPremise virtualized environments.

Security & Compliance: Application of corrective actions and compliance with standards (ISO 27001, ENS) and strict management of sensitive/confidential data.

Automation and Architecture: Proposal and implementation of improvements using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).

OnSite Networking and Communications: Direct support and collaboration in OnPremise communications projects (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) at the Sant Cugat offices.

Optimization and Monitoring: Cloud cost management (basic FinOps) and supervision of infrastructure health (AWS CloudWatch, NagiosXI).

Daily Operations: L2/L3 incident resolution, OS hardening maintenance, Patch Management, and annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests.

On-call and Audits: Participation in the on-call rotation (1 week/month) and support in system audits and pentesting tests.

How you'll work

The working modality is hybrid (2 days in the office in Sant Cugat del Vallès and 3 days teleworking)

Availability to perform one on-call shift per month (paid) is necessary.
