About the role

At Dia, we want to bring on board a Expansion Assistant at the Santiago de Compostela branch. The selected candidate will join the Properties team with the aim of supporting the Expansion area, managing operational activities from the back office in an agile and efficient manner.

What you'll do

- Preparing, reviewing, and managing the technical and legal documentation of projects (permits, supply contracts, property leases, and construction contracts).

- Resolving issues at properties during the first year after opening.

- Carrying out procedures for the technical and construction projects assigned to them (signage, lighting, flooring, etc.).

- Managing invoice control for the department (openings, renovations, engineering, etc.).

- Drafting official applications and following up on procedures with public administrations and other organizations.

- Providing comprehensive technical support to the Expansion department.

- Ensuring the updating, integrity, and reliability of the department's databases.

- Meeting the deadlines established for those actions that require it.

- Complying with current regulations on data protection and access to information.

- Compiling data for reports and summaries
