What we're looking for

Experience in high-level gastronomy, luxury hotels, or premium hospitality environments.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, an essential requirement for this position.
Professional image and attitude.
Availability to work in fixed morning or afternoon shifts, within the following time range: from 5:15 to 23:45.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the position.
On-site position.

Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels, high-end restaurants, or premium hospitality environments.
High level of English to assist international customers.

Capacity for organization, initiative, and teamwork.
Availability to work in fixed morning or afternoon shifts, within the time slot of 5:15 to 23:45 h.
Availability to travel to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport during the assigned schedules.

The role

Are you passionate about hospitality and do you enjoy providing excellent service? We are looking for waiters/waitresses to join our Emerald Lounge VIP lounge at Madrid airport.

If you would like to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for travelers from all over the world, we would love to meet you!

What sets you apart?

Guarantee the smooth running of the service and offer an excellent experience to customers, at the highest level.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality, service, and hospitality standards.
Supervise the presentation of food, control its quality and condition, and restock products when necessary.
Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the correct functioning of the VIP lounge and offer an exceptional experience to customers.
Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards characteristic of a premium service.
