What you'll do
From the HR area, we are looking for someone eager to get involved in a growing structure, where their work has a direct impact and where they can contribute new ideas.
- Manage, together with the labor consultancy, the correct application of the entire hiring process, contract terminations, internal movements, and any corresponding procedures with personnel administration.
- Manage and control the entire payroll preparation process, guaranteeing its correct execution. Review of Social Security and taxes, and management derived from their payment.
- Control of databases and management with the consultancy regarding the processing of advances, garnishments, probationary periods, contract terminations, control of functional mobility, contractual novations, vacations, sick leave (IT), absenteeism, paternity, maternity, leaves of absence, paid and unpaid leave, control of temporary assignments, and processing of sick leave reports.
- Processing with the consultancy, control, and monitoring of sick leave (IT) and unemployment benefits (AATT).
- Guarantee adequate attention to employees: clarification of doubts regarding labor matters, payroll, among others.
- Document management: digital and physical filing.
- Maintenance of personnel databases.
- Participate with the rest of the colleagues in the development and implementation of cross-functional projects within the Human Resources department.
