About the role

Ensure the continuity of the entire production process by supervising operations at the different workstations, controlling and maintaining utilities, recovering solvents, and distributing the necessary tasks among operators.

Housekeeping and cleaning tasks for their workstation.

Maintenance tasks described in the SOPs specific to the workstation and in the autonomous maintenance templates, as well as support for Maintenance personnel.

What you'll do

  2. Solvent reception and recovery operations, loading/unloading of solvent/waste tanker trucks, as well as the correct completion of related documents.
  3. Plant/DCS operation: opening and closing manual and automatic valves, acting on control loops.  Start-up/shutdown/checking of the following equipment on site: distillation column, boiler, refrigeration equipment, fire protection network, cooling tower.
  4. Raw, softened, and demineralized water.
  5. Supervision of the rest of the plant equipment.
  6. Cleaning and supervision of equipment and facilities.
  7. Reception, control, and supervision of raw materials.
  8. Driving the van.
  9. Acquisition/entry of data into the computer system.
  10. Supervision of the analytical control of the process.
  11. Supervision of the production process.
  12. Tasks consisting of the exercise of direct command over the entire shift crew of the plant.
  13. Control of effluent shipments.
