🕓 What does our selection process look like?

As a leading technology company, we want to strengthen our team with a Specialist in Linux Infrastructures and Hybrid Environments, with experience in implementing and operating hybrid and on-premise infrastructures, to join a strategic project in León

💡 What will you do?

• Participate in the deployment and operation of hybrid infrastructures.
• Administration of Linux systems and management of virtualized VMware environments.
• Participate in the operation of container platforms OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Provide support for AWS infrastructure + operate in the ZAR data center.
• Collaborate in hardware management including servers, storage, and physical networking.
• Resolve network and system incidents with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure performance, resilience, and scalability of the technology infrastructure.

🎯 What are we looking for in you?

✅ Vocational training with at least 3 years of experience in implementing and operating hybrid and on-premise infrastructures, with a focus on Linux, hardware, networks, and virtualization and container platforms.

✅ Knowledge of Linux, experience with hardware and networks, use of platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and the ability to work in hybrid environments.

✅ Experience in system-level troubleshooting + scripting in Bash and Python.

✅ Experience with physical servers and Dell, HPE, or other storage in bare-metal environments.

✅ Experience with VMware using vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, and knowledge of clusters and high availability.

✅ Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, segmentation, firewalls, and infrastructure security.

✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in León.
