Sales Coordinator - Consumables/ packaging

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, a position with internal growth prospects that will work very closely with General Management, acting as a link between the company and the commercial network. Your work will help organize sales and follow up on commercial activity and sales representatives.

• Seeking Sales Coordinator to continue growing.

• Provide direct support to General Management in the management and coordination of commercial activity.
• Accompany the sales network on commercial visits and meetings with clients.
• Coordinate and energize a team composed of around 10 sales representatives.
• Analyze business opportunities and follow up on commercial objectives.
• Detect areas for improvement in sales processes and business development.
• Collaborate in the commercial integration and development of new product lines.
• Maintain a close relationship with end customers from different industrial sectors.
• Support the training, motivation, and alignment of the commercial network.
• Participate actively in the sale and development of strategic accounts.

• Previous experience in commercial positions within the industrial environment.
• Having managed end customers and being accustomed to consultative selling.
• Experience in the following will be especially valued: Packaging solutions. Strapping, film, adhesive tapes. Packaging machinery and strapping machines, industrial consumables and/or pneumatic tools.
• Ability to generate credibility and good rapport with commercial teams.
• Dynamic profile, with ambition for growth and potential for future development within the organization.
• Accustomed to combining office work with field presence.
• Professional English. Portuguese is a plus.
• No specific university degree is required; experience and sector knowledge will be prioritized.
• Availability to travel nationally.
