We are looking for a senior professional with combined experience in systems administration, infrastructure, Java development, and the operation of corporate production environments. This role is key to ensuring the stability, availability, and security of critical systems, as well as supporting backend application development in complex enterprise environments.
The professional will work cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and operations teams, participating both in the resolution of complex incidents (N3 support) and in the administration of Windows and Linux platforms, networks, databases, and observability tools. Likewise, they will contribute to the software development lifecycle through DevOps practices and the creation of multiplatform installation packages.
This position offers the opportunity to apply a wide and diverse set of technical competencies in a corporate production environment, collaborating closely with different teams to ensure operational continuity and the quality of the services provided.
Essential Job Functions
• Administer and operate infrastructures and services in Windows and Linux production environments (Debian, Ubuntu, SUSE, Red Hat, CentOS).
• Provide N3 support and resolve complex incidents on clients and servers.
• Develop and maintain backend applications in Java using Spring, Servlets, JSP, and microservices.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment processes using Jira, Jenkins, SonarQube, and MyBatis.
• Administer infrastructure and network services, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, proxies, HAProxy, and FTP/SFTP.
• Manage application and virtualization platforms such as IIS, Apache, Payara, VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, and AWS (EC2, S3).
• Design and administer SQL Server and MySQL databases, as well as observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
• Automate tasks through scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Batch, and VBScript.
