What we're looking for

Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and robust REST APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Orchestrate and operate containerized applications in Kubernetes, managing pod configurations, health probes, and continuous deployments.
Implement event-driven architectures and high-performance asynchronous messaging using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing complex queries and execution plans in relational databases.
Ensure comprehensive observability of services through metrics, distributed traces, and structured logs, and participate in operational availability (on-call support one week per month).
