Grill Kitchen Assistant

• Permanent contract

• Weekly working day of 30 hours

• Two consecutive weekly rest days.

The functions you will perform if you become part of our team are:

• Maintain the maximum levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness of the kitchen area in order to attract

and retain customers;

• Report all incidents to the Head Chef or the 2nd Chef.

• Store and perform the rotation of raw materials correctly in order to be able to serve

first-class products.

• Preparation of products, following the kitchen sheets and the guidelines of the Head Chef or the 2nd

Kitchen.

• Ensure quality in the preparation of dishes while meeting the set service speed.

• Clean the kitchen utensils and workbenches used during the work shift to guarantee the hy-

giene and quality of the products served to the customer.

• Comply with other activities related to the position, demanded by the Head Chef or 2nd Chef, which are

necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the expected result.

• Perform the opening (lighting) or closing of the Grill

• Pre-preparation and service of the products offered on the menu, maintaining the quality, temperature, and

correct doneness of the meats according to the customer's request.
