These are the functions you will perform as a Manager of our restaurant:
What you'll do
• Operational Management:
- Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards, ensuring a good image for the restaurant.
- Ensure the correct placement of signage, visibility, and maintenance of the brand image.
- Organize the operational shift ensuring correct customer service, product preparation, and the state of the restaurant (checking machinery, facilities, IT equipment,…).

• Customer Management:
- Ensure friendly and efficient customer service, achieving customer loyalty in the restaurant.
- Resolve incidents with the customer, providing optimal solutions for them.
• Economic Management:
- Know the cash float at the start and end of the shift to avoid billing errors.
- Charge the customer at the register.
