What we're looking for

What we are looking for in our integral maintenance operator:

Demonstrable experience as a First-class Skilled Tradesperson.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
Minimum demonstrable experience of one year performing tasks specific to the position.
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention: Basic Level OHS and working at heights.
B driving license.
Technical versatility.

Nice to have

60-hour basic level prevention training course.
Driving license and own vehicle.
RITE license.
Fluorinated gases license.
Working at heights course.
Confined spaces course.
MEWP operator course.
6-8 hour electrical risk course.
Professional certificate in Maintenance of swimming pools and other aquatic facilities.

The role

We are currently looking for a FIRST-CLASS INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE SKILLED TRADESPERSON IN VALENCIA to join the maintenance team for the integral management of facilities, performing the following tasks:

* A multi-skilled first-class tradesperson is needed for an integral maintenance contract at a fixed center.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Diagnose and solve technical problems.
Perform repairs and replace defective parts as necessary.
Perform performance tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Supervision of the correct functioning of equipment and facilities.
