Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training, diploma, degree, or bachelor's degree.
High computer literacy in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), as well as ERP management.
Experience in supplier management, preferably in installation or construction companies, or for facility maintenance services.
Proactive, committed, decisive, communicative person with the ability to work.
Class B driver's license.

Nice to have

Experience in Navision.
Experience in purchasing, construction site, or analogous departments/functions.

We require PURCHASING TECHNICIAN FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS IN ALBACETE.

Within the group's Purchasing department and supporting the Electrical Installations Area Coordinator for building and industrial projects, performing the following tasks:

What you'll do

Support in the purchasing process in any of its phases (receipt of purchase requests, sending quotes, preparing comparisons, negotiation, and closing purchases).
Execution of purchase contracts in the ERP (Navision)
Document management of purchase contracts.
Communication with national and international suppliers.
Search, evaluation, and approval of new national and international suppliers.
Coordination with the rest of the departments to resolve incidents and claims.
Resolution of incidents in supplies or contracting.
