What we're looking for
What we are looking for in our Maintenance Integral Service Manager:
- Minimum studies: Technical Engineering
- Minimum experience: At least 3 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire protection (PCI), and plumbing installations.
- The ideal profile is a professional with a degree, engineering, or similar training, specifically in the electromechanical specialty.
Nice to have
- Experience in hotel maintenance management.
- Possession of professional licenses.

The role
We are currently looking for a MAINTENANCE INTEGRAL SERVICE MANAGER IN MÁLAGA.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance service.
- Organize and manage the technical team, assigning and monitoring work orders.
- Guarantee compliance with KPIs and contractual commitments with the client.
- Prepare budgets, monitoring reports, and profitability analyses.
- Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with established procedures.
- Manage and ensure the execution of the maintenance plan through CMMS.
