What we're looking for
What we are looking for in our integral maintenance operator:
- Minimum studies: Technical Engineering
- Minimum experience: At least 2 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire protection (PCI), and plumbing installations.
- The ideal profile is a professional with a degree, engineering, or similar training, specifically in the electromechanical specialty.

The role
We are currently looking for a HEAD OF INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN BARCELONA.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise alongside technical team leaders (mechanics, electromechanics, electricity, etc.).
- Plan, supervise, and distribute work orders.
- Guarantee compliance with KPIs and contractual commitments.
- Control the quality, productivity, and profitability of the service.
- Provide customer support and prepare budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare technical and economic monitoring reports for management.
