Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher Vocational Training / Engineering Degree.
- Experience as a Systems Integrator.
- Knowledge of HVAC air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of BMS systems (Honeywell, Trend, Tridium, Schneider)
- We value providing experience in BMS systems for the automation of buildings.
- Knowledge of fieldbuses Mpdbus, BACnet, KNX, M-Bus, DALI, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD See Electrical.

- KNX Partner certification
- Experience in the use of software patterns
- Knowledge of office automation

The role

Currently, it has four branches in Madrid, Bilbao, Sevilla, and the Canary Islands, and a team of more than 60 highly qualified professionals in building control systems.
We are currently looking for a BUILDING AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR IN BIZKAIA.
What you'll do
- Programming and commissioning of automation and building control installations for technical installations (energy and HVAC)
- Preventive maintenance service for BMS systems (Honeywell, Trend, Tridium, Schneider)
- Study and proposal of technical and economic improvements
- On-site data collection for assessment or reports
- Programming of control strategies in freely programmable BMS systems
- Checking of control points in the field
- Redesign of projected installations
- Site management
