To accompany this evolution, we are looking to hire a Purchasing and Orders Administrator to contribute to the efficient management of our purchasing, ordering, and financial administration processes.

Your mission will be to manage the administrative processes of purchasing and orders, from their request or receipt to their processing, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with internal procedures.

You will provide support to the financial and accounting management associated with clients, suppliers, and services, performing the monitoring of deliveries, invoicing, and collections and keeping the documentation updated in our systems.

We want to hire someone who understands the importance of orderly and reliable administrative management to facilitate the implementation of services, resolve incidents, and improve the functioning of the area.

What you'll do

  • Process purchase requests for infrastructure, products, and services, ensuring their correct processing.
  • Manage the registration and data of suppliers, keeping the associated information updated.
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve incidents related to purchases and orders.
