Personal Travel Advisor

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in travel agencies or similar positions oriented toward the sale of vacation products.

• Extensive knowledge of national and international vacation products.

• Clear commercial orientation and a vocation for customer service.

• Ability to detect needs and transform inquiries into sales.

• Experience in client acquisition, management, and loyalty.

• Proficiency in booking tools and tourism management systems.

• Good communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

• Medium/high level of English, valued.

• Experience in tailor-made and long-distance travel.

• Knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS systems.

• Provision of an own client portfolio or a consolidated network of professional contacts.

• Experience in business development and meeting commercial objectives.

• Passion for travel and deep knowledge of international destinations.

Are you passionate about traveling and do you enjoy designing unique experiences for every client?

We are looking for a Personal Travel Advisor (APV) to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for accompanying the client throughout the entire travel planning process, offering personalized service, expert advice, and an excellent experience from the first inquiry until their return from the trip.

• Advise clients on the planning and booking of vacation trips and tailor-made experiences.
• Create personalized proposals according to the needs, preferences, and budget of each client.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, cruises, insurance, and complementary services.
• Prepare quotes and perform commercial follow-up on sent proposals.
• Capture new business opportunities and develop lasting commercial relationships.
• Maintain a close relationship with clients to foster loyalty.
• Resolve incidents and inquiries before, during, and after the trip.
• Stay updated on destinations, tourism trends, and industry news.

• Remote position.

• Possibility of holding meetings with clients in our offices or in other agreed spaces according to commercial needs.
