We have an opening for you to become Espec Santander II 8h, where you will be developed and will be the main expert in your area.

Here, your role will be:

• Executing business opportunities in the store flow, enhancing the offering of products and services;
• Guiding customers through digital onboarding;
• Serving customers from all segments, ensuring excellence in the experience;
• Winning new customers;
• In some stores, you may be assigned to work in the following environments: self-service, quick service, manager's desk, treasury, and/or cashier counter.

For this role, we value:

• CPA 10 – ANBIMA certification (but if you have CPA20, even better!);
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (but if you have a completed degree or postgraduate degree, even better!);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Sales experience.

• Execução de oportunidades de negócios, no fluxo da loja, potencializando a oferta de produtos e serviços;
• Instrução à digitalização de clientes;
• Atendimento aos clientes de todos os segmentos, garantindo a excelência da experiência;
• Conquista de novos clientes;
• Em algumas lojas, poderá ser considerado a atuação nos ambientes: autoatendimento, pronto atendimento, mesa gerencial, tesouraria e/ou guichê de caixa.

Para esse papel, valorizamos:

• Certificação CPA 10 – ANBIMA (mas se tiver CPA20, melhor ainda!);
• Cursando a Graduação (mas se tiver Graduação Completa ou Pós-Graduação, melhor ainda!);
• Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
• Vivência com vendas.
