We have a position for you to become a Santander Specialist II 8h, where you will be the main expert in your area.

Here, your role will be:

• Executing business opportunities in the store workflow, enhancing the offering of products and services;
• Instructing on customer digitalization;
• Serving customers across all segments, ensuring excellence in their experience;
• Winning new customers;
• In some stores, you may also work in environments such as: self-service, express service, service desk, cashier management, and/or teller window.

For this role, we value:

• CPA 10 Certification - ANBIMA (but if you have CPA 20, even better!);
• Currently pursuing a university degree (but if you have a completed degree or postgraduate education, even better!);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
• Sales experience.
