Prepare and sell the Deli department assortment, autonomously applying slicing, weight-cutting, and platter and tray assembly techniques and advising customers on product, origin, and preparation, to achieve the sales and quality objectives of the counter within the Company's standards.

- Set up and maintain the counter display and the price and promotion signage according to the defined implementation, to reinforce the commercial attractiveness of the department and provide correct information to the customer.

- Control best-before dates, display case preservation, and allergen labeling, applying FIFO rotation and processing products nearing expiration, to keep counter shrinkage within the target set for the department.

- Prepare the daily order based on sales forecasts, seasonality, and available stock, to ensure assortment coverage while avoiding out-of-stock situations and surpluses.

- Attend to and advise customers on designations of origin, curing processes, pairings, and preservation, proposing alternatives and complementary sales, to increase the average ticket and consolidate customer loyalty within the department.

- Execute slicing, weight-cutting, and the assembly of platters and trays of cold cuts, cheeses, hams, and sliced products, applying trade techniques and defined sales formats, to offer a product that is consistent in quality and presentation throughout the entire working day.

- Apply hygiene, cleaning, and preservation protocols and complete traceability and temperature logs, to guarantee compliance with health regulations and the HACCP self-control system.
