Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the trips marketed by the tour operating brands for Disney bookings, ensuring the correct contracting, booking, confirmation, and provision of tourist services, guaranteeing the satisfaction of agencies and end customers, operational quality, and the profitability of the managed files.

• Process and manage bookings for accommodation, transport, excursions, and other tourist services.
• Enter, modify, and update files in the corporate reservation systems.
• Verify availability, allotments, sales closures, and contracting conditions.
• Confirm services with national and international suppliers.
• Coordinate all services included in the trip before departure.
• Review documentation, vouchers, passenger lists, and contracted services.
• Guarantee that operations develop according to the established schedule.
• Perform follow-up on files from confirmation until the customer's return.
• Advise retail agencies on availability, product, and commercial conditions.
• Resolve inquiries regarding bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Act as a liaison between the agency, the supplier, and the company's internal areas.
• Resolve incidents before, during, and after the trip.
• Coordinate solutions for cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or problems with suppliers.
• Escalate critical situations when necessary to minimize the impact on the customer.
• Work jointly with the Product, Contracting, Commercial, Transport, and Administration teams.
• Guarantee fluid communication between the different areas involved in the execution of the trip.
• Collaborate in the implementation of operational changes and process improvements.
• Supervise costs and margins of the managed files.
• Review supplier invoices and administrative documentation.
• Support the settlement and closing of trips.
• Analyze economic and operational deviations.
• Verify the correct provision of the contracted services.
• Collect feedback from customers and agencies.
• Detect opportunities for improvement in procedures and tools.
• Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
