We are looking to hire an International Marketing Regional Head - USA to drive the development of the US market within International Client.

Your mission will be to know, activate, and grow the USA market, transforming knowledge of the American customer into marketing actions, business development, and data-driven decisions that help increase their presence and purchasing in our centers in Spain and Portugal.

Main duties and requirements.

• Develop the marketing and growth strategy for the US market, aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns and actions adapted to the American customer.
• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and customer behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting actions to optimize results.
• Work with CRM, analysis, and reporting tools to transform data and insights into business decisions.
• Manage the budget associated with the USA market, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitoring the return on actions.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to integrate marketing, sales, and market development strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities, customer acquisition, and potential collaborations or partnerships in the United States.
• Coordinate and participate in trade fairs, events, and international initiatives linked to the US market.
• Prepare analyses and executive presentations on market evolution, results, and business opportunities.

• Relevant professional experience in marketing, market development, strategy, international business, or similar positions.
• Deep knowledge of the US market, acquired through professional experience, residence, studies, or continuous exposure to the USA market.
• Very high level of English / C1-C2, necessary to operate with total autonomy in professional environments.
• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.
• Solid business orientation and the ability to understand the commercial and financial impact of decisions.
• High analytical capacity and experience working with KPIs, customer data, and results tracking.
• Experience in budget management and evaluating the return on actions and investments.
• Ability to translate data and insights into decisions, campaigns, and action plans.
• Good communication skills and the ability to prepare and present proposals at an executive level.
• Versatile, autonomous, proactive profile with the ability to work cross-functionally with different areas.
• Availability to travel internationally.

• Previous experience in sectors such as retail, luxury, hospitality, tourism, travel, or businesses oriented toward international clients.
• Having lived or worked in the United States.
• Experience in CRM, customer insights, international marketing, or new market development.
• Experience working with partners, trade fairs, and international events.
