Prepare and sell the Prepared Meals department offering, cooking according to the recipe book and advising the customer on ingredients and allergens, to ensure the quality, availability, and correct information of the displayed assortment.

Main duties and requirements.

-Cook and prepare dishes ready for sale following the recipe book and defined quality standards, to ensure product homogeneity in all daily productions.

-Inform the customer about ingredients, allergens, prices, and consumption recommendations, to guarantee truthful information and guide their purchasing decision.

-Clean surfaces, utensils, and equipment and apply hygiene and food handling protocols, to guarantee compliance with the self-control system.

-Maintain the order and aesthetics of the area, display cases, and exhibitors and label products with accurate information, to ensure commercial appeal and compliance with consumer information regulations.

-Replenish products at the point of sale and record merchandise movements, orders, and incidents in the internal systems, to maintain assortment availability and stock reliability.

-Review storage conditions, expiration dates, and food labeling, removing unfit products, to prevent their sale and contain department shrinkage.
