We are looking to hire a B2B Financial Manager to coordinate and supervise the financial and economic processes of the area, guaranteeing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the correct use of resources.

You will collaborate transversally with different corporate and business areas, ensuring the availability of reliable information and providing value-added analysis to facilitate decision-making.

Your participation will be key in budget monitoring, the preparation of reports and reporting, the control of internal procedures, and the implementation of improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies.

Main duties and requirements.

• Coordinate and prepare the business budget planning, monitoring the main economic and financial variables and guaranteeing the correct use of resources and compliance with established procedures.
• Propose and implement improvements in the area's processes, tools, and methodologies, monitoring and measuring their impact.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes, improving the analysis of results and key business indicators.
• Prepare analyses, indicators, executive reports, and management reporting aimed at facilitating decision-making.
• Analyze costs, margins, profitability, and deviations, identifying opportunities for improvement and value-generation areas.
• Control compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established control mechanisms.
• Perform periodic monitoring of incidents and coordinate the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate the execution of the financial and economic processes necessary to ensure operational continuity and the availability of reliable information.
• Maintain fluid communication with corporate areas regarding financial, economic, and auditing matters, ensuring the quality and punctuality of the required information.
