Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar.
Languages: Minimum B2 level of English.
Tools: Excellent office skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Mobility: Availability to travel frequently.
Previous experience in industrial, decoration, or furniture environments, as well as a previous career in audit/consulting at Big Four firms and in company professionalization processes, will be highly valued.

The role

At Catenon, we are looking for a Management Controller with a solid financial and industrial vision to join a growing group. Reporting to the Group CFO and working in close relationship with the Operations Director, you will have a key role in budget control, the design of analytical accounting, and the operational monitoring of the business.

What you'll do

Mission and Main Functions:
Financial Planning and Reporting: Direct collaboration in the preparation of the Budget and various Forecasts for the group, performing variance analysis on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Preparation and monitoring of commercial and operations reporting.
Cost Accounting: Implementation of analytical accounting for the monitoring of products, projects, and business lines, developing cost accounting from scratch in the ERP in collaboration with production and operations.
KPIs and Dashboards: Definition and monitoring of financial, business, and operational KPIs, as well as the preparation of profitability reports, variances, and monthly reports for the Management Committee and Board of Directors.
Business and Operations Plans: Support in the preparation of Business Plans.
