Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) | Node.js, Cloud Native & Agentic AI

• Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications with a primary focus on the Backend.
• Build robust, secure, and scalable APIs using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Design and implement architectures based on microservices and events.
• Participate in Front End development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Integrate solutions based on Generative AI and Agentic AI within the application ecosystem.
• Collaborate on defining cloud-native architectures and modern design patterns.
• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with Product, Architecture, Data, and AI teams to define innovative solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.

• More than 5 years of experience in software development.
• More than 3 years working with Node.js in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience in Full Stack development with a Backend focus.

Backend

• Node.js (essential).
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• REST and/or GraphQL API development.
• Microservices-based architectures.
• Integration of services and distributed systems.

Front End

Experience with at least one of the following frameworks:

• React
• Angular
• Vue.js

Cloud & Containers

• Kubernetes.
• OpenShift.
• Docker.
• Deployment and operation of cloud-native applications.

DevOps

• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
• Infrastructure as Code.
• Observability, monitoring, and logging.
• Management of production environments.

AI & Automation

• Experience or knowledge in Generative AI.
• Participation in projects involving Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, or intelligent automation.
• Integration of APIs and generative AI platforms.

Lead key technical decisions and document them.

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Full Stack con foco principal en el Backend.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
• Más de 3 años trabajando con Node.js en entornos empresariales.
• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo Full Stack con foco Backend.
