You will be part of the area responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and evolution of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems. You will be a key piece in ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and support for internal and external audits, working with a high level of autonomy and contributing your technical knowledge to drive quality in the organization's processes.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

  • Document the elements required by the management systems and carry out their review and update (System Manual, Process Sheets, Procedures, and Instructions).

  • Communicate and publish changes in documentation, objectives, and system indicators.

  • Prepare and communicate SWOT analyses, Indicator Monitoring reports, System Reviews, and Interested Parties.

  • Coordinate the updating of system indicators.

  • Manage system risks.

  • Analyze and apply new legal requirements in environmental matters, updating the evaluation tables.

  • Gather records and evidence to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Management Systems.

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Prepare documentation subject to audit.

  • Develop Corrective Action plans and carry out their follow-up.

  • Communicate renewals of certificates linked to audits.

  • Prepare reports and committee minutes.

  • Make occasional trips to warehouses or other facilities for audits.

  • Manage administrative tasks of the area with autonomy and responsibility.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and 14001.

  • Training related to Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar; a Master's in Quality Management is valued.

  • Experience in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems.

  • Training in Environmental Management is valued.

  • Good command of digital environments such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

  • Communication skills and ability to deal with different areas of the organization.

  • Organized, methodical profile with autonomy to manage tasks.
