We are looking for a Quality Systems Technician to join a leading industrial company in the pharmaceutical and food/nutrition sector located in Meco (Madrid). If you have proficiency in document management (Opentext/GMP), international export registrations (FDA, China, etc.), and maintenance of certifications (Halal, Organic, Kosher), we want to meet you!
Reporting to the Quality Management, the main functions are:
System Document Management (Opentext): Administration of the document management system (GMP), uploading new document editions, and managing the signature cycle and incidents.
Non-Conformities and Self-Inspections: Maintenance of the non-conformity database (Quality, Food Safety, and Laboratory Accreditation) and monitoring of quality self-inspections in the laboratory and distribution. Maintenance of Certifications: Management of specific certifications such as Halal, Organic, Vegan, Kosher, and RD 993, as well as the preparation of the Management Review minutes.
Export Registrations (China, FDA, etc.): Initial registration and up-to-date maintenance of the factory and products for export to demanding international markets (FDA, China, among others).
B2B Customer Service and Audits: Review of quality requirements for B2B customers (questionnaires, specifications, Quality Agreements), handling customer audits, and monitoring CAPA plans.
Work Modality and Hybrid: On-site in Meco (Madrid) with 1 day of teleworking per week (usually Fridays).
Schedule and Flexibility: Flexible start: Between 08:00h and 09:30h. Finish: From 17:15h (Monday to Thursday, with 45 min for lunch and 15 min for a break). Friday: Reduced working day with finish at 14:15h.
