At our Abrera Plant, we are looking to hire a Quality and Environment Technician to join the QHSE team and actively contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System, certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Your main focus will be on the Quality and Environment areas, in a transversal position that will allow you to collaborate with different departments and work centers. Likewise, you will work closely with the OSH and Maintenance teams in shared processes related to industrial safety.

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System in the Quality and Environment areas.
• Plan and perform internal audits, as well as collaborate in external audits. • Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and monitor applicable legal requirements.
• Manage waste, environmental declarations, indicators, and objectives.
• Keep the system's procedures, records, and documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with OSH and Maintenance in the planning and monitoring of maintenance and regulatory industrial safety inspections.
• Advise different departments and work centers and participate in corporate projects for improvement, digitalization, and automation.
