The role

What you'll do

  • Shipping processing: issuing delivery notes, transport documents (CMR, consignment notes) and coordinating with transport agencies.
  • Export/import documentation: managing the customs documentation required for shipping materials and machinery to international project sites (DUA, certificates of origin, official packing lists).
  • Reverse logistics control: administrative recording of site returns, reconciling entries logged by the warehouse keeper with the original delivery notes to detect losses or discrepancies.
  • Purchase order management: processing requests for materials or spare parts required by the workshop or project sites, issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Support for sites and staff: acting as the administrative point of contact for receiving material requests and tracking the status of shipments.

How you'll work

  • Flexible working hours with start times between 8:00 and 9:00. Lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour (between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM).
