Administrative Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor profile to join a company in the construction machinery, public works, agricultural, and industrial vehicle sector. We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a customer orientation and the ability to manage a high volume of work, providing administrative support to the workshop area and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and the mechanics team.

• Customer service in person, by telephone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Control of incoming and outgoing new and used vehicles.

• Preparation of vehicle documentation.

• Creation of work reports and review of mechanics' hour logs.

• Opening and closing of work orders.

• Monitoring of service quality.

• Preparation of invoices.

• Workshop invoicing, review, and control of pending payments.

• Administrative management of delivery notes, invoices, collections, and filing of documentation.
