The role

We are looking to bring on a Site Manager / Building Surveyor - Valladolid (m/f) for transformer substations for communities and renovations within the geographical area of Castilla y León, based in Valladolid.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Technical and financial management of building works.
Management of in-house staff and subcontractors, optimising available resources.
Supplier management.
Use of construction measurement software (Presto, Menfis).
Preparation of budgets using real market prices for all types of construction renovations.
Responsible for compliance with the organisation's health and safety plan.

More than two years of experience in a similar position
