The role

At Elecnor, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager to handle the technical and economic management of construction and installation projects with experience in concrete structures, for private clients in the province of Madrid.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

- Management of renovation and rehabilitation projects at a structural and installations level, for private clients

- Responsible for the correct technical execution of the works

- Client contact to identify needs and follow up on them

- Organising and planning work with in-house and subcontractor staff

- Economic control of projects, contact with suppliers

- Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention plans.

Education: Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Public Works and/or Civil Engineering and/or Building Surveying

At least 3 years of experience

A minimum English level of B1 is valued

Driver's license

Microsoft Office, Presto, Autocad
