The role

We are looking for a mid-level Site Manager to join the Castilla y León branch (Valladolid), participating in hydraulic construction projects (Canal Isabel II and regional administrations). Ideal position for professionals with initial experience in construction sites who want stability and growth in the hydraulic sector.

What you'll do

Overall site management (costs, schedules, quality)

Coordination of subcontractors and teams

Client relations (mainly public administrations)

Control of certifications and production

Support in planning and technical execution

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education:

Civil Engineer
Industrial Engineer
Agricultural Engineer (valued based on experience)

Experience:

+2 years in construction sites (ideally hydraulic or civil)
Not overly senior profile (2-6 years range fits perfectly)

Highly valued:

Experience in:
- Water supply / sanitation networks
- Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP / STP)
- Hydraulic civil works in general

Soft skills:

Hands-on site profile, results-oriented
Management skills and autonomy
Desire to grow within a stable structure
