• Manager of industrial facilities construction projects.

FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and optimize the technical and human resources assigned to the project.

• Monitor project objectives and performance.

• Ensure the correct implementation of the Quality Plan, Safety and current regulations.

• Represent the company before the client in all matters related to the project.

• Apply work procedures, occupational safety and environmental protection.

• Coordination of subcontractors.

• Project planning and management, both financial and execution.

• Management of in-house staff and subcontractors, with the support of the Site Supervisor.

• Control and monitoring of project execution: costs, schedule and quality.

• Procurement. Requesting and analyzing quotes, studying comparisons, proposing subcontractor/supplier hiring.

• Assessment of subcontractor output, certifications of executed work, disputes, additional work and final settlements.

• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental protection and quality standards.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering or similar.

• Knowledge: in Boilermaking, Assembly of Structures and Equipment. Driving license.
  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Project).

• Experience: At least 3 years in tasks similar to those of the position.

• Languages: not required.

• Travel: if applicable, nationwide.

• Teamwork skills.

• Proactivity.

• Flexible and adaptable.

• Planning and organization.

• Rigorous, logical, methodical person with strong attention, listening and analytical skills, highly focused on problem-solving and achieving results.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8.5 hours, Friday 6 hours.

• Collective Bargaining Agreement for Construction in Guadalajara.

FUNCIONES, TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Coordinar y optimizar los recursos técnicos y humanos asignados a la obra.

• Controlar los objetivos y rendimientos del proyecto.

• Asegurar la correcta aplicación del Plan de Calidad, Seguridad y normativa vigente.

• Representar a la empresa ante el cliente en todo lo relativo a la obra.

• Aplicar procedimientos de trabajo, seguridad laboral y protección medioambiental.

• Coordinación se subcontratas.

• Planificación y gestión de obra, económica y de ejecución.

• Dirección de personal propio y subcontratas, con apoyo del Encargado/a de Obra.

• Control y seguimiento de ejecución de obra: costes, plazo y calidad.

• Contrataciones. Petición y análisis de ofertas, estudio de comparativos, propuesta de contratación de subcontratas/suministradores.

• Valoración de producción de subcontratas, certificaciones de obra ejecutada, contradictorios, adicionales y liquidaciones.

• Cumplimiento de normativa PRL, protección medioambiental y estándares de calidad.

REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

• Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Industrial/ Civil o similar.

• Conocimientos: en Calderería, Montaje de Estructuras y Equipos. Carnet de conducir.
  Manejo de MS Office (Excel & Project).

• Experiencia: Al menos 3 años en tareas similares a las de la posición.

• Idiomas: no necesario.

• Viajes: Si aplica, a nivel nacional.

• Cualidades para trabajar en equipo.

• Proactividad.

• Flexible y adaptable.

• Planificación y organización.

• Persona rigurosa, lógica, metódica, gran capacidad de atención, escucha y análisis, con gran orientación a la resolución de problemas, consecución de resultados.
