We are currently looking to incorporate an intern into our team to provide support in the customer service area. The objective of this position is to maximize the customer experience, anticipating their needs and providing personalized attention throughout their stay.

What you'll do

Check-in, check-out.
Validation of check-in clients.
Information regarding rates.
Incident management.
Reservation management.
Customer service for the property.
Coworker assistance
Maintenance management of the offices and coworking space.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday, to be defined.
