At Naturgy, we are looking to hire a People Specialist to work on the integral management of the employee life cycle, collaborating with different business areas and contributing to the development and fulfillment of the company's organizational, training, and talent policies.

What you'll do

  • Identification and management of internal talent, managing the company's annual talent cycle for the assigned groups.
