The role
We are selecting a Security Director with experience in risk analysis and asset security management, to join our team in Madrid. - Carrying out risk analysis on assets, defining security measures, and assessing residual risk after implementation.
- Guaranteeing compliance with the regulatory framework regarding Private Security.
- Execution of security audits on managed assets.
- Coordination in the reception, analysis, and management of security alerts or incidents.
- Requesting, monitoring, and controlling work orders related to security.
- Definition and implementation of risk matrices and security protocols.
- Design of operating protocols for asset securing (physical measures, surveillance, alarms, etc.).
- Review and control of the inventory of implemented security measures.
- Management and control of security providers, monitoring of SLAs, and review of invoicing.
- Budgetary control, analysis of deviations, and justification of costs.
- Coordination with other departments and service companies.
- Participation in tendering processes and the contracting of security services and providers.
How you'll work
- Contract duration: initially temporary for 3 months, with the objective of training and conversion to permanent after 12 months.
- Schedule: 8h to 17h / 9h to 19h.
