The role

Implement the defined risk management framework in Sanitas Seguros and Sanitas Holding in accordance with the guidelines of the Risk Committee and BUPA. Direct the processes of identification and assessment, measurement, monitoring, and reporting of current and potential risks, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions that allow for their mitigation, guiding and supporting the businesses in their risk management processes.

What you'll do

Define and lead the risk management framework, ensuring its integration into the strategy and business plans of Sanitas Seguros and Sanitas Holding.
Guarantee a solid governance, internal control, and risk management system, while also driving a risk culture within the organization.
Identify, assess, and anticipate current and emerging risks, including technological risks, cybersecurity, AI, sustainability, and consumer protection.
Ensure regulatory compliance, especially regarding Solvency II, ORSA, regulatory reporting, and liquidity risk management.
Lead prevention, mitigation, recovery, and resolution plans, including simulations and stress tests.
Advise the business of Sanitas Seguros and Sanitas Holding and the governing bodies on risk matters, leading the Solvency Committee and participating in the Management Committee and Risk Committee.
