Junior AI Solutions Engineer

A new candidate selection call is being launched for the position of IT "Junior AI Solutions Engineer"

Our company is accelerating the adoption of generative AI-based solutions to make business processes more efficient. We are looking for a junior technical profile with previous exposure to building agents/assistants and workflows with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta Llama, etc.), capable of:

• Defining technical requirements and infrastructure for AI services (security, costs, latency, scalability).
• Designing, versioning, and maintaining prompts and AI agent playbooks.
• Measuring and improving agent performance with clear metrics (quality, cost, time, security).
• Discovery and prioritization of use cases alongside the business; definition of impact KPIs.
• Architecture design for AI solutions: choosing the best AI service provider based on the need, orchestration, storage, and vectorization.
• Prompt engineering: creation of systemic prompts, parameterized templates, few-shot, controlled chain-of-thought, tool use; versioning (nomenclature, changes, diffs) and reusable catalogs.
• Agent development (retrieval, function/tool calling, multi-step workflows), including RAG.
• Evaluation and observability: design of evaluation harnesses (offline and online A/B testing), quality dashboards, cost per interaction, success rate per task, hallucination rate, and guardrails.
• Data and security: management of test datasets, PII anonymization/masking, GDPR compliance, PII/PHI control, secure-by-design.
• Continuous improvement: red-teaming, synthetic data generation, prompt tuning, model selection, caching, batching, and cost control.
• Documentation and enablement: user guides, playbooks, training for internal users.

• Contract duration: initially temporary for 3 months, with the objective of training and conversion to permanent after 12 months.
• Schedule: 8am to 5pm / 9am to 7pm.
• Work modality: will be HYBRID or TELEWORKING
