Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or similar training.
- Approximately 2 years of previous experience in invoicing, accounting, financial administration, or similar functions.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Good command of Excel and ease in working with IT tools and ERP.
- We are looking for an organized, rigorous, decisive person with initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and coordinate with different departments.
- Discretion and responsibility in the management of confidential information.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of English will be valued, especially for managing emails, documentation, and communication with clients in an international environment.
- Experience in industrial or multinational environments will be valued.
- Experience in accounting closings, reporting, or audits will be valued.

The role
At Empatif Recruiting, we collaborate with a consolidated industrial company in the automotive sector, with an international presence and located in Manresa, which is looking to incorporate a Billing Administrator with SAP into its finance department.
We are looking for a person with experience in billing administrative tasks and accounting knowledge, accustomed to working with ERP, especially SAP, and eager to join a stable project within an industrial company.
What you'll do
- Preparation and management of customer invoicing.
- Reception, review, and validation of customer self-invoices.
- Follow-up and resolution of incidents and discrepancies related to invoicing.
- Preparation of special invoices, proformas, charges, and other operations using Excel.
- Management of charges related to logistics and quality.
- Support in accounting closing processes and reporting.
- Collaboration in internal and external audits.
- Coordination with other company departments, such as Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Logistics, or Quality.
- Document management and other tasks specific to the finance area.
