The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team, with more than 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting within the financial sector.

The objective will be to connect the bank's strategy with its business capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology, participating in cross-functional transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

Defining and evolving business capabilities, processes, and value chains.

Design functional and operating models aligned with the strategy.

Participate in Target Architectures and Target Operating Models (TOM).

Identify opportunities for transformation, simplification, and improvement.

Perform impact, gap, and roadmap analyses.

Facilitate workshops with business and technology teams.

Prepare recommendations and presentations for managers and decision-making bodies.
