Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGM) in Administrative Management or similar studies.
Previous experience in a similar administrative position.
Knowledge of office automation, especially Excel.
High level of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Residency close to the workplace.
We are looking for an active, proactive, organized, and versatile person, with initiative and adaptability.
IMMEDIATE START IS ESSENTIAL.

What you'll get

Salary: €10.53 gross/hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 h to 16:00 h.
Initial permanent seasonal contract through an ETT, with the possibility of joining the company.

The role

At Empatif Granollers, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a company located in Parets del Vallès, specializing in cleaning and disinfection services for carpets and mops for different sectors, such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive person, with initiative and the ability to manage different administrative tasks.

What you'll do

Control and management of delivery notes.
Coordination of deliveries and collections with carriers.
Customer service and resolution of inquiries and incidents.
Performance of administrative tasks related to daily activity.
