What we're looking for

We are looking for an organized, proactive person; no previous experience in international trade is necessary.

University degree in Trade, Higher Vocational Training in International Trade or similar training, Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance.
B2 level of English, with the ability to communicate in a professional environment.
Fluent use of IT tools and the Windows environment, especially Excel and Word.
Organizational, planning, and document management skills.

The role

At Micofer by Empatif, we are selecting an Export Administrator - Coordinator to join the Administration department of a major company in the food sector located in Salvaterra de Miño.

What you'll do

Manage and track export orders, from receipt to the delivery of goods to the customer.
Prepare, review, and send the documentation necessary for export operations: invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates, among others.
Manage and follow up on import and export customs procedures
Registration of delivery notes and service invoices in the business management software (ERP).
Provide administrative support in sales invoicing tasks, bank reconciliation, cost control, and monitoring of foreign currency payments.
Collaborate in monthly closings and the annual financial audit.
