We are looking for a profile with experience in the sector and motivated to grow with the company.
What will your main functions be:
- Screening of candidates' CVs for the client company, in-person interviews, skills tests according to the profile.
- Staff hiring, staff absenteeism monitoring, entering hours for invoicing and payroll.
- Managing Social Security registrations and cancellations.
- Managing hiring. (duration, objectives, call-outs, etc...)
- Registration in Contra@
- Company certificates
- Managing medical leave and return-to-work processes.
- Tracking the delivery and return of PPE, as well as contractual documentation.
- Direct and daily contact with the client to follow up on needs as well as on the staff placed.

- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one hour for lunch. 30 minutes of flexibility at entry and exit.
