Restaurant Manager for a Chain in Móstoles

At Empatif we are looking for a restaurant manager for Móstoles.

The duties will be:

- Coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, bar, and
kitchen.
- Provide excellent service and maximize customer
satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer needs.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to
continuously improve their productivity.

CONDITIONS

The requirements will be:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or shift supervisor.
- Knowledge of the HACCP system.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Product control, inventory management, orders, suppliers.
- Staff development and leadership.
- Decisive, proactive person with experience managing shifts and high-volume sales teams.

• Salary: €2,300/month.
  

• Permanent contract.
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, split shift. Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00.

Las funciones serán:

- Coordinar las operaciones diarias del restaurante de sala, bar y
cocina.
- Ofrecer un servicio superior y maximizar la satisfacción de los
clientes.
- Responder de forma eficiente y precisa las necesidades de los clientes.
- Organizar y supervisar los turnos.
- Evaluar el rendimiento del personal y ofrecer información para
mejorar su productividad continuamente.

CONDICIONES

Los requisitos serán:

-Experiencia mínimo de 2 años como gerente o responsable de turno.
-Manejo del sistema APPCC.
-Manejó de TPV.
-Control de producto,realización de inventario,pedidos,proveedores
-Desarollo y Liderazgo de personas
-Persona Resolutiva,pro-activa y con manejo de turnos y equipos de alto volumen de ventas

• Salario: 2.300 €/mes.
  

• Contrato INDEFINIDO.
• Horario: Martes a Sábado turno partido. Domingo de 12:00 a 17:00.
